What is the registration deadline, and who can register?
Please register by May 1st 2025.
School-based counselors, as well as independent counselors who are members of NACAC, International ACAC, IECA and/or HECA. Agents will not be invited to join the tour.

How many college campuses will we visit?
The goal is to see 8-9 university campuses over the 4 days of the tour.
How much does this cost? What does it include?
$950 (double occupancy)$1450 (single occupancy)
Cost includes all visits/meetings, hotels, daily transportation, some meals

How does billing work?
Upon registration, you will receive an invoice for payment from Global Leaders Collective. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer and must be received within 15 days of registration. Your spot on the tour is not confirmed until payment is received.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change, so here is the information you need:
30+ days prior to the tour start date: 100% refund
15-30 days prior to the tour start date: 50% refund
0-15 days prior to the tour start date: 0% refund
30+ days prior to the tour start date: 100% refund
15-30 days prior to the tour start date: 50% refund
0-15 days prior to the tour start date: 0% refund
Must I follow the itinerary?
Understanding that we are guests to these university campuses who are excited that we are visiting, the expectation is that you participate in the full tour and attend all university visits. We expect counselors to abide by this for the duration of the tour.
What insurance do I need?
Because each person has their own needs and existing coverage, we do not include any insurance. You must organize your own travel insurance.
Is there a limit to the number of counselors for this tour?
We cap the tour at 20 counselors, so make sure to register early!
