Requirements for School Setup: Graduation, Subject, & Grade

Students select courses and submit plans

Students have the freedom to choose from a variety of options based on their interests and academic goals. Once they have made their selections, they submit their course plans to counselors or academic advisors for review and approval.

Counselors approve the plan

After students submit their course plans, counselors carefully review and evaluate each plan to ensure that it meets the necessary requirements and aligns with the student's academic goals. Once the plan is approved, students can proceed with confidence, knowing that they are on the right track towards achieving their educational objectives.

Parents approve Academic plans

In some educational institutions, after counselors approve the students' course plans, there may be an optional step where the plans are sent to the parents for their review and approval. This allows parents to stay informed and have a say in their child's academic journey, ensuring that they are supportive and involved in the decision-making process.

Course plans are locked

Once the course plans are approved by counselors, the next step is to lock the plans. This means that the selected courses are finalized and cannot be changed without seeking further approval or making special requests. Locking the course plans provides a sense of stability and allows students to have a clear roadmap for their upcoming semester or academic year.

Completed courses replace planned courses to show progress

As students progress through their academic term, the last step involves the completed courses replacing the initially planned courses in their academic records. This update reflects the actual courses that students have successfully completed, providing an accurate representation of their academic progress and achievements.
